This olive oil is a blend of a few Istrian varieties – Bjelica Istarska, Buža, Leccino, Pendolino. The location of our olive trees is consisted of terraces which resemble the amphitheater and that is the reason why the name is ‘Amfiterra’. This extra virgin olive oil has an intense green color and it has very sophisticated and herbal notes on the nose. It is very aromatic, with spicy flavor and a pleasantly greasy after taste.
