In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, no additional charges will apply for the returned parcel. The cost of delivery is displayed automatically in the cart, and it depends on the weight of the package and the country of delivery.

Goods are insured against the loss in delivery. If the buyer does not receive the package, he must notify the seller so that the latter takes action to find or send a new package.

The products are shipped within 48 hours after placing the order (on business days). As soon as the products are shipped, we will send you a tracking code that you can use at any time to check where your shipment is.

Upon purchase, the buyer agrees to write a telephone number on the package label for easier and faster delivery.

A complaint is considered valid if it meets the conditions for a complaint under the Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within the agreed time to the agreed address. The seller is obliged to replace the product or return the full amount paid to the buyer within 14 days of receiving a valid complaint.
